Enable attribute based access control

Genesys Cloud allows you to enforce attribute-based access control in your organization, enabling you to provide more fine-grained access control for users. If the Enable Attribute Based Access Control setting is enabled, Genesys Cloud grants or denies access to users by evaluating attributes that you define in an access policy. For more information about access policies, see Create access policies.

To enable attribute based access control in an organization:

  1. Klicken Sie auf Admin.
  2. Klicken Sie unter Kontoeinstellungenauf Organisationseinstellungen.
  3. Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Einstellungen
  4. Under Security & Compliance, turn the Enable Attribute Based Access Control toggle switch on or off:
    • ON – Enforces attribute-based access control alongside roles and divisions based access control, to provide more fine-grained access to users.
    • OFF – Allows admins to provide access to users solely based on roles and divisions.
  5. Klicken Sie auf Speichern.
