Genesys Cloud supports three trunk transport protocols for sending calls with BYOC Cloud. When you configure your BYOC Cloud trunk and select either BYOC Carrier or BYOC PBX as the trunk type, you can select UDP, TCP, or TLS as the trunk transport protocol for sending calls. The TLS trunk transport selection uses TLS over TCP. Furthermore, the trunk transport protocol configuration for BYOC Cloud only controls the protocol used to send calls on the trunk. It is not enforced on calls received on the trunk. Ensure your Carrier or PBX is configured to use the protocol you want.
Hinweis: Achten Sie bei der Auswahl eines Trunk-Transportprotokolls darauf, dass die entsprechenden Ports an Ihrer Firewall offen sind. Übliche Firewall-Ports für ein Trunk-Transportprotokoll in Genesys Cloud sind 5061 für TLS und 5060 für UDP und TCP.

Warnung: Wenn Sie ein Trunk-Transportprotokoll wählen, müssen Sie beide Enden des Trunks so konfigurieren, dass sie das gleiche Protokoll verwenden. Wenn sie nicht das gleiche Protokoll verwenden, funktioniert die Leitung möglicherweise nicht.
